River Haven is the perfect fit for anyone looking to get out of town without traveling too far. Enjoy peaceful Mississippi River views and a relaxing place to unwind — just 1 hour from the Twin Cities and 10 minutes from St. Cloud. All three bedrooms, along with the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry, are located on the main floor with wheelchair ramp access to the entrance of the home. The walk-out lower level leads directly to the backyard and river and provides additional space to relax, gather, or enjoy the game room. Main Floor Kitchen Fully stocked with pots and pans, baking dishes, mixing bowls, containers for leftovers, cutting boards, knives, dish towels, and full place settings for your group. Appliances include a dishwasher, electric range, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and slow cooker. Coffee Bar Drip coffee maker with coffee, sweeteners, and dairy creamer provided. Living + Dining Area Open-concept layout with scenic river views, large sofa, swivel chairs by the gas fireplace, and dining table with seating for 8. Can I fit 8 adults? -Yes, There are 3 bedrooms - each with a queen bed. One bedroom has bunk beds - Queen on the bottom and a Twin on the top. There is a full size futon in the Pool Room on the Lower Level. We also have a queen air mattress available upon request.
